Yahoo Confirms Rejection of Microsoft Bid

Yahoo formally rejected Microsoft’s unsolicited $44.6 billion offer, saying it “substantially undervalues” Yahoo. But the Internet media giant left the door open for a buyout bid, saying its board is “continually evaluating all of its strategic options” and remains “committed” to shareholders.
