Yahoo vine in Romania
Pahomi anunta prima stire importanta pt 2008 in online-ul romanesc, Yahoo, unul dintre playerii de top din internetul global , intra in Romania. Probabil ca venirea Yahoo va atrage imediat si alti “greuceni” catre .ro, cei mai apropiati fiind MSN/Microsoft (in Cehia), Google (Polonia) si eBay (tot in Polonia) . Interesant, nu?

E interesant dar nu stiu cate se vor schimba concret. Eu unul nu am vazut nimic schimbat de la venirea google pe aceste meleaguri.

Google Polonia?
In 2007, Google tocmai si-a deschis operatiunile in Budapesta (Ungaria).
Au deja anunturi de angajare pentru account manageri, business manageri si hardware operations team manageri (detalii pe Google Jobs).
Nu m-as mira ca in 2008 sa deschida si biroul din Romania. Eu personal bombardez sediile Google din Londra si Dublin cu solicitari la nivel de agentie membra a Group M

Au deja manager sau consultant in Romania: Radu Tudorache, fost sef de juridic sau relatii operatori la ANRC (din cate imi aduc aminte) – prezida peste litigiile dintre operatorii de telecom.

si in Romania si-au deschis asa cum spune thinking mai sus dar a avea un om in piata nu inseamna ca sunt prezenti local + in .ro au pus anunturi de angajare din toamna lui 2005 daca-ti aduci aminte.

Zoltán Peresztegi, 32, was named the Hungarian representative of cutting-edge technology giant Google Inc. in early 2007. As head of Google Hungary Kft, Peresztegi is responsible for preparing sales and marketing activities and boosting Google’s Hungarian brand presence and recognition. He has an extensive track record of developing and implementing brand-name strategies, most recently working with Magyar Telekom Nyrt’s mobile operator, T-Mobile.
Prior to joining T-Mobile, Peresztegi was PR and marketing executive at filmed entertainment company HBO Hungary Zrt. His duties involved marketing strategy development for Hungarian TV channels, campaign organization, and the supervision of HBO’s advertising sales activities. Peresztegi previously spent time with through-the-line advertising agency Publicis Kft and with two other international ad companies.
He graduated in business and economics from the University of Pécs, and earned a BSc in European studies from Lincolnshire & Humberside University (now Lincoln University) in the U.K. A former Budapest Business School graduate, Peresztegi is a regular lecturer at the university.
