Siminel devine antreprenor
miercuri, octombrie 8th, 2008Zf-ul de azi anunta ca Siminel Andrei a preluat 95% din actiunile Vanguard si 91% din Vanguard Asset Management prin intermediul unui offshore din Cipru, Annaliesse Investments Limited. ZF estimeaza valoarea tranzactiei la aproximativ 5 mil euro. Desi Vanguard era detinuta de apropiati ai fondatorilor NCH, familia Rohr, toata operatiunea era/este coordonata de Siminel Andrei, managerul local NCH.
